Parts of this app offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Our apps do not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of our product, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, our product shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
Our product reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Except for the limited use rights granted to you in these Terms of Service, you shall not acquire any right, title, or interest in our Services or any Service Content. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Service are expressly reserved.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading, installing or printing Service Content. Furthermore, except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service, you may not:
(i) remove, alter, cover, or distort any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice we include in or through our Services or Service Content;
(ii) circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with our security-related features including, without limitation, any features that prevent or restrict the use of or copying of any software or other Service Content;
(iii) use an automatic device (such as a robot or spider) or manual process to copy or "scrape" the Service Content for any purpose without our express written permission;
(iv) collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from our Services including, without limitation, user names, passwords, email addresses;
(v) solicit other users to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization without our prior written approval;
(vi) attempt to or interfere with the proper working of our Services or impair, overburden, or disable the same;
(vii) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of our software or other Service Content, or our Services;
(viii) use network-monitoring software to determine architecture of or extract usage data from our Services;
(ix) encourage conduct that violates any local, state or federal law, either civil or criminal, or impersonate another user, person, or entity (e.g., using another person's Membership (as defined below));
(x) violate U.S. export laws, including, without limitation, violations of the Export Administration Act and the Export Administration Regulations administered by the Department of Commerce;
(xi) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our Services.
You agree to fully cooperate with us to investigate any suspected or actual activity that is in breach of these Terms of Service.
To ensure the best possible service level, we reserve the right to interrupt services for maintenance, system updates, or any other changes, informing the users appropriately.
The user acknowledges that except as expressly outlined in these terms, we have not made any representation or warranty to the user regarding the app. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we disclaim any implied warranty for title, non-infringement, merchantability, design, condition, durability, performance, quality, capacity, or technical compatibility of the app or fitness of the app for a particular purpose. User agrees that we will not be liable for exemplary, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, which arise directly or indirectly out of use or inability to use the app whether such damages are based upon contract, tort, intentional conduct, equity or under some other legal theory, including, without limitation, breach of warranty, negligence or strict liability, whether the possibility of such damages was made known to or was foreseeable by us and whether such damages are asserted by user or some third party. The user further acknowledges that our maximum aggregate liability to the user under any legal theory (including our own negligence) for damages that arise directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use the app will not, in any event, exceed usd 100 or an amount equal to the fee paid by user to us for this agreement (depending on which is less).
We are not responsible for defects caused by changes or issues resulting from third-party hardware, software, services, tools, or applications we do not have direct control over, including but not limited to: hardware, operating systems, software programs, plug-ins, extensions, applets, newly discovered vulnerabilities, scripts, or other items
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above sections may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.
By using the App, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the App disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use the App.
However, regardless of the above, if the user qualifies as a European Consumer and has their habitual residence in a country where the law provides for a higher consumer protection standard, much higher standards shall prevail.
1) You have the right to stop using the App at any time.
2) The App may be updated from time to time. You may at your own discretion decide whether to accept the updates or not. We do not guarantee providing you with latest updated services if you do not accept the updates, and you shall be solely responsible for any loss that may be incurred.
3) We reserve the rights to amend, interrupt, suspend or terminate to provide the App based on the actual situation at any time, which includes but not limited to the memory space obtainable to a single user, the nature and quantity of the contents uploaded and other data or the ability of the users on continuously accessing the App and the Service, etc.
4) You agree that we may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the Service related to the App if:
-you are in breach of these Terms;
-we do so subject to the applicable law or requirements of competent authority; or
-other condition upon which we need to do so.
5) Upon termination of the Service, we, subject to the applicable law and regulation, reserve the right to completely delete all information of you, and we shall no longer undertake obligations to you.
You hold us harmless from all claims, including claims for damages, that other users or any other third parties, including public agencies (“Third Parties”), assert against us on account of your violation of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You shall assume all reasonable costs, including the reasonable costs incurred for legal defense, that accrue to us as a result of your violation of the rights of other users or Third Parties. All further rights as well as claims for damages on the part of us shall remain unaffected.

This application is not medical software, and the person who uses this application as a medical reference shall do so at the person's own risk and consequences of using the application.
The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and other, material contained on the App is for informational purposes only. The App is provided on free basis. Once you download the App, you’ll have access to its basic features.
Access to some services and/or additional features within the App requires paid subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the App’s page. You will have an opportunity to try Pro options during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen. After the free trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis. Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to basic functions of the App. Pro options are available during the whole free trial period.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
Certain services within the App may be available as an In-App Purchase.
